We genuinely love hearing from readers. Nothing makes the work of writing recipes feel more worth it than a note from someone who tried a dish and made it their own, or who has a question about a step that didn’t go quite right the first time.
Recipe questions
If a recipe didn’t work the way you expected, please write in. Cooking variables, altitude, oven calibration, the moisture in your flour, whether the mustard oil was actually mustard oil, all matter, and we’d much rather hear about it and help than have you walk away thinking the recipe is broken.
Email [email protected] with:
- The recipe name and the step you got stuck on
- What you used (substitutions, brand of oil, type of chili, etc.)
- What happened versus what you expected
We answer recipe questions within a few days.
Recipe requests
Is there a Nepali dish, regional specialty, or family memory you’d love to see properly documented? Tell us what it is, where you ate it, and what you remember about it. We keep a running list and prioritize the ones that come up most.
Send requests to [email protected] with “Recipe request” in the subject.
Press, brand partnerships & licensing
For media inquiries, sponsorship, brand collaborations, or licensing a recipe for print or commercial use, please email [email protected] with a brief description of your project, the publication or brand, and the timeline.
We take partnerships selectively. The site exists to serve home cooks first, and we turn down anything that would compromise the editorial integrity of the recipes or push products we don’t personally use in our own kitchen.
Privacy & data questions
For privacy-related requests, data access, deletion, opting out of analytics, please email [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and how it’s used.
Response time
We’re a tiny operation (one cook, occasional editorial help from family), so please allow 3–5 business days for a reply. Recipe questions tend to get answered faster, press inquiries and partnerships take a little longer.
Social
We’re not on social media yet. When we are, links will appear in the footer and on the About page. Until then, the best way to stay current is the recipes feed.
